A separate charge for end of vacation period cleaning is made totalling Euro 120.A separate charge for electricity and gas is made Euro 90 per week, Euro 125 through November to end of February period. A separate charge for beach towel - each Euro 3, is made where requested. A refundable security deposit to cover damage will be taken - Euro 150. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the return of the property keys at the end of your stay, less any withholding deductions made in accordance with terms agreed. Cot & High chairs are available on request. (Please book in advance). Welcome pack included. 25% deposit required within 7 days of reservation notification. Price inquiry and negotiation - Please contact owner direct. Payment by on line,electronic transfer of monies from bank to bank; British Pounds, Euro, or through Paypal direct. Bank account details available on request at time of booking. All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting when the total rental must be made. You are required to send to us your payment for the balance of the Rental at least eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date as set out in our written confirmation. If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time we may treat your booking as cancelled by you. We will hold the Security Deposit to be applied against “unreasonable and excessive” cleaning required and/or replacement of property; furnishings, fixtures, fittings, equipment or breakages of items identified. We will of course return the Security Deposit to you within 7 days of the return of the keys, either in full or net of detailed deductions in accordance with the conditions previously identified.You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 hours on the Departure Date. If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone or email us as soon as possible. You will also be required to confirm your cancellation by email. A cancellation will not take effect until formal confirmation received. If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. After such period, if you cancel your booking more than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we will retain the Initial Deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Rental paid, and refund only the Security deposit you have paid to us. Alternatively we will refund the Rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property for the cancellation period.
