This property came to the market at the end of June 2007.

The guests have to pay 60 euros for cleaning to the key holder when they leave. If the booking is through Trip advisor, then the cleaning charge will be included in the quote they have been sent. If it is more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of 10 euros per person. Also if the guests stay for more than a week, then additional 10 euros per week will be charged. The extra charges have to be paid to the key holder if the booking is through Trip advisor as the quote they receive usually doesn'y include the extra charges.
Airport picking and dropping can be arranged for 4 people at a reasonable rate of 50euros each way from Alicante and from Murcia by our friendly English Key agent based 15 minutes away who is also the key holder. If it is more than 4 people our keyholders can arrange transport with another friendly guy. A welcome pack can be provided for late arrival for a fee of 5 euros in addition to the cost of the items requested. This will usually include water, bread, milk, tea, coffee, beer, ham, cheese, bread, butter,orange juice etc. This will help you if you arrive in the night or early morning. Otherwise there are two supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The Key holder will be your contact point for any problems and help.

If you need to arrange for car hire from the air port, I can give you the web site which we used. It is reasonably priced. I have to warn that car hire prices have gone up very high after the Pandemic.
If the check in is after 8pm or before 8am, then there will be an additional charge of 30 euros to be paid to the key holder.
