A Booking Deposit of approx 50% ( rounded to the nearest £10.00 ) of total rental cost will secure your booking with the remainder plus a £100.00 refundable Security/ breakage deposit payable 6 weeks in advance of commencement date. This RSBD shall be refunded within 10 days of your departure from the apartment, once the apartment is left in good order. If your booking is made within six weeks of your commencement date, then the full amount is payable upon booking. Prices include all bed linen and in- house towels ( not for beach use), water and electricity and heating.
