The price includes: final cleanings, all utilities, house pool and garden maintenence, one mid week maid service (no linens change), one full cleaning with linens and towels change for stays longer than a week.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): city tax: Euro 1 per person per night (for the first 7 day of stay - adults and children from 14 years); heating (winter season only, if used): Euro 110.00 per day.
Keys deposit: Euro 800.00 (via wire transfer, which will then be returned at the end of the stay upon damages).
