Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

From 2018 the minimum stay will be 6 months minimum. Bond of 2 months in advance coupled with 3 month in rent is required.

Bill are not included (for the past 24 months water bill comes to $30.00 FJD avg per month and electricity comes to $60.00 FJD - receipts available on request).

Occupant takes basic ownership of the villa, however, basic lawn maintenance will be carried out by the landlord.

3 monthly review of the villa will be carried out by the landlord.

Villa is provided as is (i.e. furnished but no replacement if there is an issue with items such as washing machine, TV, microwave and similar items which are all less than 12 months old).

Please note that if the Villa is left in a state where extra/additional staff are required for the cleaning, there will be additional charges (please consult with the Manager - Merilyn.

Please note the maximum number of occupants allowed is 5 at any given time unless specifically authorised by the staff and owner (staff member must be present when there is a gathering of more than 5 people if authorised).

All light switches and power sockets including Aircon are fitted with timers.

Air-con is located in the main bedroom only.
