What gives us the edge over other similar villas ? An invaluable advantage is having the convenience of the Guest Relations Administration office with adjacent fitness room only seconds away from your villa. And Stuart Evans, the original founder and developer, resident within the project since it's beginnings 14 years on is on hand daily with his team to assist where needed. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your own holiday pool villa yet help is within seconds away if you have a problem or need any assistance. The above Holiday rental rates include the following: * Villa cleaning service & bed linen changes every 4 th day. (with the exception of Sundays). * Guest bath/shower towels are provided at the start of the holiday and changed as above. * A separate beach towel is also provided for each guest, these towels can be washed at will during your stay in the villa washing machine. * ADSL (Broadband) Wireless Internet (Laptop, Tablet or Smart Phone required) * TV satellite service with English channels. * Baby Cot and High chair. * Pool cleaning and gardening service. * When the full Holiday Rates are applied electricity and water charges are included. (In the event of any rate changes or discounts these charges maybe applied separately). Complimentary welcome pack on arrival * Coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar and coffee Mate sachets & toilet rolls are provided to get you started. * A chilled bottle of drinking water is provided for each guest. * Tea towels are provided - please launder these at will during your stay. PAYMENT TERMS The terms of payment are as follows: Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 45 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking will be due 56 days prior to arrival, a reminder will be sent to your email address for your convenience, through the Holiday Lettings/Trip Advisor system. Payment of Deposit and Balance For your protection, we only accept payments through the Trip Advisor secure payment system. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the booking is canceled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit/ and or balance paid can be refunded. However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing for the same villa. (Dates will be accommodated as best as possible subject to the availability of the villa). If the new dates fall into a higher price bracket due to a different rental season, the difference will be charged accordingly. Once the final balance is received 56 prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply. Please note that as this villa is privately owned and not part of pool system it is not possible to change villas on arrival. Holiday Insurance The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, car hire/jeep or motor bike rental, etc. It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including villa cancellation, flight delays/cancellations, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).
