Taxes, water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. If necessary, heating requires extra fees. A refundable security deposit of 500€ (Or the equivalent in your currency if you prefer) has to be paid on your day of arrival. This is to cover for any accidental damage to the property or its contents. This deposit will be refunded to you on your day of departure less any deductions for any damage/breakage.
