We do not accept creditcard payments,but request a 50% (non-refundable) deposit on booking via Paypal or cheque.
On arrival please read the Welcome folder, which details everything that you might need to know about the apartment, area and things going on locally and check that the inventory items are available for your use. If there is any problem ie something missing, broken, needs cleaning or repairing please call us so that we can organise for it to be replaced, cleaned or repaired. At the end of your stay please leave the apartment clean, and in good order. We accept that accidents happen therefore if you break/damage or loose items such as crockery, linen, or keys please inform us before you depart otherwise a charge will be levied upon you to cover the costs. The guests must not cause annoyance to neighbours and adhere to all safety and security precautions as might be required by insurance policies covering properties. Guests are advised to take out insurance to cover travel, health, death, injury or disablement, cancellation etc as we the owners accept no responsibility for these.
