Bed linen is inclusive of rental rate for stays over 7 nights. Requested must be added to the booking form. In good faith the £300 deposit cheque must be sent before departure as security against damage, When my agent has checked the flat for any breakages / damages. the cheque will be returned to you. It is your responsibility to notify my agent in Les Carroz if any damage has happened thus avoiding any discrepancies in the extent of damage.
Bed linen and towels MUST be pre - requested at time of the initial booking and will be ready for collection with the keys from the agent. KEY COLLECTION / RETURN- The agency hours are between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays and out of hours service need to be by special arrangement with the agent and will carry additional costs. * lift so wheel chair access possible *guide dogs only. *deposit required within 48 hrs of initial booking and confirmation. Upon receipt of confirmation full balance is required 10 weeks prior to holiday date. £300 deposit against breakage and damage to be sent prior to arrival date in separate cheque. It is client's responsibility to check the inventory sheet and to notify the agent straight away if there is any discrepancy.
