Rome City Tax:
From the 17 July 2023 Rome City Council has imposed a nightly accommodation tax in the city of Rome.The tax is euro; 5,00 per night (10 nights maximum) per person. Children up to 10 years of age do not pay. The tax is charged to anyone staying in any overnight accommodation inside the city boundaries. The fee, not included in the total rate, must be paid cash at check in time.
