Raters are inclusive of daily American breakfast, laundry service, full villa facilities, a daily housekeeper and full time chef.
Check in is after 14:00 and check out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure are possible on request and upon available.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION:
- A deposit payment of 30% is required to guarantee the booking.
- Balance payment, final payment is due at least 60 day prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 60 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the villa rental shall be due at the time of booking.
