Please note conditions to booking: Prices based on 2 adults + 2 children sharing (sleeps max 4) A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. on receipt a written confirmation will be sent out. The balance due to be paid at least 60 days before the holiday. Please also include an additional security deposit of £150.00 per apartment to cover breakages, missing items etc. On leaving the apartments in good order the deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days from the date of your return home. Payments accepted, Cash, cheque or bank transfer. Where a booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of booking deposit. For bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit and for cancellation within 28 days of arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged. Final cleaning is payable in advance on arrival to key holder. Main floor & attic apt charged at 200 kuna (approx £21) Ground floor 1,2 & lower ground floor apartments charged at 150 kuna (approx £16)
