"One of the best places I have ever been. The villa is very comfortable, situated not far from the beach (10 min by car), Alcantara resort, Castiglione, Randazzo. All bedrooms are very comfortable, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and beautiful place near private pool with flowers and orange trees.You should try all this: 1. Pizza from the villa owner! 2. Place with wonderful meat on the way to Giardini Naxos 3. Fish Restaurant (ask Mr Pagano at the Villa) 4. All ancient towns like Castiglione, Caltagirone, etc. Best place for holiday with childrens."

"Renting a car & Exceed expectations. To get the best out your stay we recommend renting a car, excellent directions to the Villa are provided once you have booked. On our arrival we found that our genial host was waiting to show us around the Villa, which far exceeded our expectations. This is a location that gives many options, it's rural location can offer a quiet, relaxed holiday, or for those who prefer livelier surroundings they can been found 6 kms down the road at Giardini Naxos. The local people are friendly and helpful, the views from the Villa are a joy and of course Mt Etna dominates the valley. Lots of walks around Gaggi with plenty of wildlife not normally experienced in the uk i.e. porcupines, frogs, lizards, Gheckos, owls, snakes etc. A supermarket is located 5 minutes walk from the Villa and Giovanni & Angela live in the village, so are on hand to offer advice and information. Take the opportunity to try the Pizza evening or the Sicilian Meal or better still both, you will not be disappointed, reasonably priced and accompanied by Giovanni's wine and Liquers. Fresh fruit from the trees when you wish, a gentle dip in the pool if it gets to warm and just relax in the sun, absolute bliss. A must is a trip to Mt Etna, only an hours drive from the Villa, go early to avoid the tour groups from the cruise ships and organised tours plus cloud will sometimes decend later in the afternoon and obscure the fantastic view from the top, take a few extra layers of clothing, it can be quite cold compared to the heat at sea level. Taormina, Tindari, Savoca, Forza d' Argo all within easy reach. Go and treat yourselves, enjoy this wonderful place, it's history, culture and people. Independence with the comforts of home is on offer at a reasonable price, take it and enjoy. We did and intend to return to this wonderful Villa and friendly , helpful owners.
