Cancellation Terms: For a 100% refund, cancellation must be made three full weeks prior to the check in time of 3:00pm on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday 3 weeks before check in time. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made two full weeks prior to the check in time of 3:00pm on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday 2 weeks before check in time. For a 25% refund, cancellation must be made one full week prior to listing's local check in time of 3:00pm on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday seven days before check in time. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for any refund. Breakages: Guaranteed by credit card details provided when booking, although no charge will be made to the card unless there is any damage to the property.
