For closing the reserve we.ll ask to pay an 30% of the days they will be staying at the flat. When the payment of the reserve is done we contact the guest to ask them to send and identity card for preparing the contract, the invoice and prepare the information that we might send to the police when they.ll arribe. If any trouble happens, the clients will have their money back until two weeks before the day of the arribal or they will have the chance to change dates.
