Discounts available for smaller groups (any season) as follows:
6 people - less £50
4 people - less £100
2 people - less £150

Notes
1. There is a 10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Part-weeks charged as full week. 
2. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 for every week or part-week (in addition to rental) to cover breakages and losses, returned within 2 weeks of your departure from the house. 
3. Rates include cleaning on departure. Extra cleaning payable @ £10 per hour. 
4. Linen and towels available at £10 per person per week. Towels and linen changed weekly or as required.
