Payment can be made in Euros of Pounds Sterling. Please ask for bank details if transferring direct, alternatively you can use Paypal. Our introductory offer is also flexible on dates so why not take advantage of cheaper midweek flights and perhaps stay for 10 days. Additional days are calculated on a pro rata basis.Payment is to be made in advance with half the rental paid at the time of booking, which is your booking deposit which can only be refunded for cancellations for one month or over from the let period. The remainder is to be paid prior to two weeks of your stay. An additional £500 deposit must be paid in advance on all rental periods. On receipt of this we will provide details for the key collection. A charge of £100 is deducted from this deposit for basic cleaning. The remaining £400 is a returnable deposit against breakages, damages or excessive cleaning.
