A returnable deposit is required pre arrival - £400.00 or 500 euros, this will be held and returned by Trip Advisor after management inspection satisfaction within 2 weeks of departure, alternatively it can be paid on arrival at property if preferred.
Reduced rates up to 25% for monthly rentals out of peak season.
