Our charges are based on 2 persons sharing a double room. You will have total private use of the villa for the duration of your stay. The property has a house keeper who lives facing and is available at all times during your stay, so privacy is guaranteed.

The cost of electricity use will be charged at 1.40LE per unit and a deposit of 3000 Egyptian pounds per week (£150 aprox.) will need to be paid on check-in, and in local currency. At the end of your stay this will be returned to you, less the amount of electric used.

There is an additional charge of £50.00 if you require the Jacuzzi.
