• This apartment is fully licenced for rentals.

• All prices are for occupancy of up to 4 people.

• A 200€ refundable breakages/damage deposit will be required - returned within 14 days of your departure - after property inspection and return of swipe cards, keys, remote controls, etc. (please contact for details). In case of loss of any of the following items - swipe cards/remote controls/safe keys - there will be a payment of 25 euros per unit.

• Travel Cot and Z beds available at extra supplement, please contact for details.

• Check in is from 4pm to 10p.m. on day of arrival, and check out is until 11a.m on day of departure. This may be negotiable, pending other arrivals/departures.

• It is the guests own responsibility to organise their own personal / travel insurance.

• We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.
