.We are open all year round. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, which are flexible.Weekend and short breaks available 2 night minimum stay. Letting hours are from 14.00hrs on day of arrival until 10.00am day of departure.The arrival days are flexible at anytime, short, or weekend stays welcome. 20% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is within 8 weeks of your holiday the full balance is due at time of booking. It is recomended that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation cover. Deposit of £150.00 payable on 2 days prior to arrival for breakages/damage.Refunded within seven days of departure after property has been fully inspected.If there are any breakages please inform us so we can replace item/items before next guests arrive.Any misuse will not be tolerated and a charge will be made to returning the cottage back to its original condition We expect the cottage to be left in a clean and tidy condition on the day of departure. (Cleaning products, vacuum etc are available at the property). This will enable us to clean and prepare the cottage, ready for the next guests. A charge for cleaning will be made if the property is left in a dirty condition. All rates include heating/hot water, electric. Preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer. Cheque, or (Payl Pal there is a 2% charge for this service) Once booking is confirmed I will send you details on how to get there.You will be met at the property by Ann.
