Where a nightly rate is offered (i.e. outside peak season) please ask about rates for a short term stay. The £100 rate does not include linen, towels and cleaning costs hence the need to agree an ad hoc rate.
A 10% non refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks in advance. A refundable £200 damage deposit will also be required when the balance is paid (this will be refunded after a check of the apartment within 14 days of the end of your stay). For larger parties - if you are interested in booking additional apartments either in the same apartment building or a neighbouring building, please let us know.
