To secure your booking we require 50% of the hire fee as a non-refundable deposit. If you are booking within 4 weeks of arrival then the full rent plus security deposit is payable as below . The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival, failing which we reserve the right to re-let the property and your deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, we require a returnable damage deposit of £250 to be paid with your final balance. This will be returned once our housekeeper has confirmed that there is no damage, that keys have been returned and that no unreasonable additional cleaning has been required.
