Prices inclusive of electricity, water, Cable TV, High speed Internet/Wifi, weekly cleaning including linen/towels change and use of shared pool / gym. There is an additional charge (paid locally) for the use of the communal barbeque and/or function room.

Check-in and check-out outside of these hours can usually be accommodated upon request. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Booking process: On receipt of your request, we will make an initial reservation of your dates and send you a reservation from and a copy of our terms and conditions. In order to secure your booking, the completed reservation form, together with a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days. This must be paid via the TripAdvisor Lettings booking system.

The balance of the full amount of the rental should be paid via the TripAdvisor Lettings system. This will include a damage deposit payable which is fully refundable on departure provided that there is no to property or contents.
At check in you will be provided with an inventory listing the individual item costs for clarity in the event of any damage. A local contract will also need to be signed to conform with local regulations. Copies can be provided in advance.
