Changeover day is flexible (except for July/August when it is Saturday) and you can stay for any duration, subject to a minimum of 4 nights (1 week in July/August).
Included in the rental price is cleaning and preparation of the apartment before you arrive, cleaning after you leave, bed linen (beds made up), bath and hand towels, Wi-Fi Internet and secure garaged parking
You only need to supply your own beach towels.
