Cost of all utilities (water, electricity, airconditioning, internet wifi, underground parking, unheated outdoor communal pool during summer including use of sunbeds and cushions in poolside area) included in price. Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's sole discretion. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer thirty days before arrival. Preferred deposit payments are by bank transfer.
