A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the booking, with final payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 refundable damage deposit is required. Prices include weekly maid service with all bed linen and towels provided weekly. Beach towels are not supplied. Extra maid service/cleaning available at extra charge. Prices quoted in UK Pounds. Air Conditioning is installed with thermostats and can also be used for heating, charged at £35 per week. Wireless broadband available for a small charge. Departure by 10am, arrivals 2pm. Short & long winter lets available at a discount. High chair, travel cot (no cot bedding supplied) and safety gates available at no extra cost. Arrival time after 2pm, departure by 10am, flexible if no one is to arrive that day. Changeover days are flexible, generally Thursday and Saturdays at peak times.
