- All breakage or damage caused by the tenants must be repaired or replaced prior to departure. A 200 US$ (or equivalent in other currencies) refundable security is required on arrival.

The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether or not the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff or employees.

Laundry: Your laundry can handled via laundrette in the neighbor hood. If you give the laundry to the staff in the morning it will be returned to you the next day, cleaned and ironed.
- Car and Scooter rental: The staff can arrange the rental of a car (with (highly recommended) or without driver) or scooter (not recommended, accidents) for you. This can be per day, per week or other period of time.
- Our permanent staff arrange anything to please the guests such as tours, grocery shopping, babysitting.
