In order to secure a booking we require a 20% payment within 5 days. We then ask for a 40% payment 90 days before your stay and a final 40% balance payment a minimum of 30 days before your stay. Finally a £250.00 damages deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival and will be returned within 14 days of your departure providing no damage has occurred during the stay. We accept payments this website, bank transfer, debit card directly (£2.00 charge applies) and credit card directly (1.8% charge).
Inclusive service: We have local property managers who meet guests upon arrival (up to 8pm or the following morning at 10am for late arrivals). The manager is on hand during your stay should you require any assistance and will meet you upon checkout to collect keys.
