We require a deposit of 25% (non refundable) with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure and a £200 breakages deposit (refundable within 2 weeks prior to your departure). Once the balance has been paid I regret this is not refundable. Please Note: An extra 10 % charge will be added to groups of 5/6 people. However, we may offer a discount to parties of 2 people, please email for details. Additionally, an extra 10% charge maybe added to bookings that are for 1 week. We regret that we cannot accept bookings from large young groups and all male or all female groups. Our villa caters for families and couples only. Ayia Triada Beach Gardens is a peaceful complex and therefore may not be suitable for some young groups. A welcome pack can be arranged for guests this pack can include basic essentials you would need when arriving for example - water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, juice etc. Please let us know your requests & a price can be confirmed. Any special requirements can also be arranged. We regret once a booking has been confirmed the deposit/balance is non returnable.
