Gas GPL that will be calculated using the heating meter, Euro 7 for meter cubic; wood logs can be used in the fireplace, the cost of each supply of firewood is 45 Euro. Tourist tax: euro; 1,5 for night for person excluding children up to 10 years. Sanitation-final cleaning euro 150. Additional bed (maximum 2): Euro 40 per day for each.
Deposit/Guarantee: full 30% of the costs to be paid upon arrival in cash or by PayPal.This payment will be used as guarantee to cover any damage as well as the cost of the consumptions,this will be returned to you at the end of your stay (minus gas & heating , sanitation-final cleaning, tourist tax and maybe breakfast, wine...) assuming there are no breakages.
