A 20% booking deposit is required to secure the booking. A refundable security deposit of E400 will be asked for and the balance of the rental cost are required no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure, less any oil and electricity used, plus any breakages/damages. Oil and electric metered, guests only pay for what they use.Payment only can be made by electronic Bank Transfer or by Pay Pal. All duvets, bed linen, towels, tea towels and unlimited WIFI provided.
