***Where a 3-night minimum stay applies, check-in/check-out days are flexible*** 25% deposit required at the time making confirmed booking. Deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment in Full will be required 30 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings between 20th Oct and 29th March are subject to a £15 heating supplement per week. £150 deposit against damage is required apon arrival and will be refunded once the cottage has been inspected after your stay. Refunds will be made with 7 days of departure.
