Payment via Bank tranfer. Conditions of reservationAll reservations are subject to the following conditions:1. We will hold a booking Option on your behalf for a period of 7 days from receiving your Provisional Booking Request.2. Your booking Option will become a Confirmed booking on receipt of your signed and completed Booking form within the 7-day period, together with a deposit of 25% per booking.3. The full balance is payable minimum 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.4. A written request for any changes to a Confirmed booking will be charged at 10€ of the total price amendment is accepted.5. The client may at any time cancel the Confirmed booking by written notice. In the event of cancellation after Confirmation the following cancellation charges are payable.Cancellation Charge (percentage of total price) 10 - 8 weeks prior to arrival 50% 8-7 weeks prior to arrival 75%Less than 7 weeks prior to arrival 100%. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, a full refund will be payable.7. We strongly suggest that on booking clients are insured against holiday risks, injury, death and cancellations. 8. PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation and facilities provided are for the use of clients shown on the booking form only and subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. Maximum occupancy is as per the agreed let plus any infants under 2 years old. Visitors are allowed but for maximum of 2 nights or by agreement.9. The gîte must be vacated by 11.00am of the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.10. The gîte will be available between 18.00 and 24.00 hrs on the day of arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made.11. The client must pay for any/all damages and breakages before departing from the property. A security/damage deposit of 500€ will be payable with confirmed booking payment and this will be refunded on their departure, less the cost of any damage as above.12. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for loss or injury or death to clients, third parties or their belongings resulting from their use of the gîte, swimming pool, trampoline or any other amenity provided for their use.
