Our prices are structured to take into account group sizes; a group of 4 or 5 will naturally use more electricity and water, there will be more wear and tear, etc and so we offer discounts for smaller groups.
We also offer a 'fair deal for parents' - this means that we don't put our prices up to coincide with school holidays. Therefore, for example, rates for Easter, Whitsun, etc are the same price as the rest of the month that the holiday falls in.
We will calculate an exact price dependent upon the exact no. of days and in which season the dates are. Therefore, if your stay spans more than one season the price will reflect this. Rates are based on 1-week stays but for longer stays we offer excellent discounts.
Long-term rentals are also welcome and we will offer you a rate to reflect the length, time of year and size of your group.
In addition to the rental rate, an additional 20% deposit or a min of £125, whichever is greater (max £400) to cover breakages / damages that occur. All being well, this will be returned within 10 days of the rental being completed.
Payments to the Owner can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (2% will be added to cover commission of using this method).
The charge for cleaning is paid locally on arrival & is dependent upon group size - minimum 35 € (based on 2) whilst the max is 50 € (6). Arrivals after 10.30pm and before 8am will incur a meeting charge of 10 €.
Before & after each let, any comments with regard to items not working or having been damaged are recorded. We may retain a proportion of your deposit if the apartment is left in an unsuitable condition - we ask that the apartment is left tidy in order that it only requires a standard clean but if our agents inform us that it was necessary to spend longer than normal we will retain this charge from your deposit - or that it is apparent that damage or breakages have occurred during the renters occupancy.
Please note that even if the apartment is left tidy but it is apparent that smoking within the apartment has occurred, the full deposit will be retained.
The Owner will advise of terms and conditions should you have to cancel your booking before the booking is confirmed.
We recognise that flights to / from the UK, particularly on budget airlines, may mean flight times are not ideal for 'standard' check-in/out arrangements and we try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate this.
Generally speaking, we would ask that you vacate the apartment by no later than 11am on the day of your departure, whilst on the day or of your arrival you may not be able to access the apartment until 4pm onwards.
However, if we can be more flexible, rest assured that we will and better still, there will be no extra charge. You should expect the above arrangements to be adhered to in the event of back-to-back rentals, which we will advise when you book.
If there are any changes after you have booked and before your departure date, we'll let you know before you leave or during your stay.
£100 deposit or 20% of rental fee, whichever is greater, required to secure bookings. Balance due 6 week prior.
A security deposit of £125 or 20% of the rental fee, whichever is greater, is also required and should be paid no more than 2 weeks prior. If there is no damages or breakages this will be returned in full shortly after you vacate.
This is a no smoking property and any evidence of smoking inside and the deposit will be retained in full.
