A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental on confirmation of the booking please.
The balance of the booking plus a Good Housekeeping Bond of €200 is payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking. Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
The Bond will be refunded within 2 weeks of end of the booking, once our housekeeper has checked the property.
