All prices are from, and in pounds sterling. A 25% deposit is payable upon booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The 25% deposit made to confirm your booking is non-refundable. A refundable deposit against damages of £500 is payable with your balance and will be returned within a week once everything has been checked. PLEASE NOTE: Our nightly rates are for one week bookings, if you would like a short break please call us for prices. We offer discounted rates on dates available in the next 8 weeks and for bookings made over 10 months in advance.
