SHORT BREAKS are AVAILABLE in St Ebba's Peep. Please enquire for prices and availability 7 nights stay does not apply out of season .
SHORT BREAKS, are Available but not in Season or Peak weeks, a minimum of 2 NIGHTS is available . Prices are calculated at 80% of the weekly rate, check in and check out times can be flexible where possible, please request a price for the dates required.
A MINIMUM RATE is Charged at £450 for and under occupancy stay, this price is an out of season only Price for two people only, for under occupancy using only the downstairs of the cottage, downstairs bedroom and shower room and kitchen and lounge.
Please contact me for short break availability and prices for out of season as I try to be as flexible as possible.
Change over Days are Friday to Friday in Season, but can be flexible out of season.
Arrival time is 4pm and Departure time is 10am, these times are flexible out of season.
A Deposit of 20% is payable when booking.
The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
A fully refundable Good Housekeeping bond is payable of £150.00 which is payable one week prior to arrival
Pets stay for £10 each at St Ebbas's Peep. A maximum of two well behaved pets are welcome , special arrangements can be made if more than two pets are to accompany you.
St Ebba’s Peep Beadnell has been refurbished in December 2022, we have installed a new Kitchen and family Bathroom and Downstars Shower/Wet Room, Decoration and flooring and furnishings and Heating system. the cottage now has Sky glass TV in the lounge and Smart Tv in the kitchen and freeveiw Tv in the two larger bedrooms.
