To make the booking, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is requested.
Is an essential requirement the signing of a lease contract before the arrival to the house. Also the entire payment has to be done before the arrival, as well as the security deposit of 300 Euros.
At the end of the stay, and once the keys are returned and checked that it has made appropriate use of the property, the security deposit is refunded. Cancellations with less than one month notice, on the rental start date, will not qualify to refund the deposit.
