A £200 returnable cleaning/breakage deposit is required. We are happy to consider short breaks at less busy times. 1 week breaks are available for up to 2 people in low season weeks in the ground floor only, which has no balcony views and limited cooking facilities - please contact for tariff and details. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per dog to cover additional cleaning. Driftwood is a strictly no-smoking property; this includes the balconies and the garden.


Conditions

Strictly no smoking inside the house, on the balconies or in the garden area. Children must be supervised while they are on the balconies (doors can be locked)Although the property has not been adapted for restricted mobility, the downstairs has a wide hallway and provides a twin bedroom with access to seating in the conservatory, a shower room with toilet and basin, and a the utility room which includes a fridge.  Upstairs would be inaccessible for those with restricted mobility due to two flights of stairs.
