A 25% deposit is required with your booking, the balance being due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A separate £100 per week security deposit is required. The rental includes cooking gas, logs and up to 250kwh/w electricity. Bedlinen and towels are included for the first 2 guests (£5 per additional guest p/w). Throughout July & August changeover day is Saturday, but we can be more flexible at other times of the year. We offer a discount on a 2 week stay and special rates for longer lets in low/mid season, please enquire.
