This is an all inclusive price (linen,towels and final cleaning). VAT is as well included. This is a strictly smoke free apartment. The initial payment at the time of booking is 30%. General rental time in summer is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or upon agreement 4 days or more. During Christmas and Easter 150 € extra charge applies. Free airport transfer for stays of 5 days or longer.
