NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking to reserve your preferred dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Any bookings taken 8 weeks or before the start of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit: The owners request a damage deposit of £200. This is payable to Maison de la Fontaine by authorisation on your credit card at least 2 weeks before your arrival. This will be refunded to your card within two weeks of your departure less the replacement cost of any breakages or damage.
Change Over Day: Saturdays normally from June to the end of September. Outside those months alternative arrival days may be possible, subject to availability and agreement. Long weekends and Mini Breaks: May be possible outside of the main summer season and subject to availability. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights - please enquire for the price and availability.
