The Taxe de séjour is not included in the rental rates as it varies according to the number of people staying and the length of stay. It is 0,66 euros per adult and per night, to be paid upon departure in euros cash.
We provide an exceptionally high-standard accommodation and service with no additional costs, except the Taxe de séjour. A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm provisional bookings and the booking will remain provisional until the deposit is received. Balance of the rental rate is due 8 weeks before the day of arrival.
Payments are only accepted in euros (except for the security deposit). A security deposit of 500 euros is payable on arrival. For the security deposit we accept EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD currencies, cash or with a check. This will be refunded in full less the cost of any damage or heavy cleaning charge.
