- Pay Pal or Bank transfer payment- 20% deposit to confirm reservation within the first ten days of your confirmation. - Linens, towels, heating, air conditioning and internet wi fi included. No deposit required but please keep the apartment tidy especially before the check out. - Full travel insurance is advised.- In August and July minumun stay of one week.- In case of overbooking, I am the owner of other properties in Sermoneta, please ask me.
The open pool is 3 minutes drive to the apartment. Free entrance for weekly stay in summer.
