We have flexible change over and short stays available in the Low and Medium seasons. Refundable security deposit: £200 Final cleaning is included in the price
Change over day is any day, flexible arrival/departure times, subject to availability. A £200 per week booked non-returnable deposit is required when booking with the remaining amount due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Although the villa is equipped Hot & Cold Aircon in main living area, it does not have central heating.
While the winter months are often warm and sunny by day, the temperature can fall at night.
For short notice bookings we will require the full cost of the villa rental as soon as possible to secure the booking.
The price includes: water, gas and electricity consumption and, at the end of your holiday, the laundering of linen and towels, and the cleaning of the villa.
