A cleaning fee of 70 Pounds will be applied on all bookings. A 150 Euro deposit is required against damages/breakages or theft but will be returned immediately after your departure once everything is verified to be in order. A 25% deposit is required to hold your booking and payment in full must be made a minimum of 30 days before arrival.
