Special rates available for out of season lets of four weeks or longer; please ask us for details. Changeover day is flexible all year round to enable you to take advantage of the best available flights. Check-in: normally 4pm. Check-out: usually 10am, but where possible we are flexible. A deposit of 25% is required on booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. A holding (returnable) deposit against breakages/losses of £100 per booking is required and will be returned to you within 1 week provided there are no breakages. . Included in our rates: bed linens & towels and cleaning/laundry following your stay. We accept payments through paypal or bank transfer in GBP.
