From November until March all lodges will be available subject to a three day minimum let (four days at Xmas and Hogmanay) with no restriction on day of arrival or departure. For the summer season 2016 (starting Friday 25 March until Sunday 1st November) Beech Lodge will be available for 3, 7 or 10 nights from a Friday or 4, 7 or 11 nights from a Monday. PAYMENT – We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Cill-Mhoire Lodges. Our geographical position makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make full charge for any cancellation within 60 days of your due date of arrival. This will only apply if we are unable to re-let the lodge. We do recommend that guests take out a suitable travel insurance policy. We will refund the deposit less a £10 administration charge in the case of any cancellation prior to 60 days. The balance will be due one month (30 days) before the commencement of the let. We ask for a £100 deposit to confirm the booking.OCCUPATION – From 1730hrs on the day of arrival until 1000hrs on the day of departure, we can accommodate earlier arrival by prior arrangement. (Please note that we require all occupants to respect the ‘No Smoking’ policy in the lodges.) HEATING AND ELECTRICITY – The lodges are very well insulated, all electric and all electricity costs are included in the tariff. DOGS – We welcome dogs and their responsible owners. Please do not let your dog on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Reluctantly we have to ask owners to keep their dogs on a lead whilst in the garden. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the lodge unless it is caged. Please dispose of your dog’s waste responsibly. There is a charge of £15 per dog. DOMESTIC ARRANGEMENTS – The beds have a duvet and two pillows; bedding and towels are provided. We ask that guests bring their own towels for the beach and swimming. CLEANING – Please leave the lodge in the same clean and tidy state as you found it when you arrived. The lodge is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. BREAKAGES – We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage done to any property or equipment. WATER SUPPLY – All our lodges are on mains water supply; there is no cold water storage and all cold taps may be used for drinking water. Please conserve water where possible. MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION – The only mobile network that can be received here is Vodafone. Other networks may be accessed from the top of the hill, two minutes by car, ten minutes on foot. Wi-Fi - You may access broadband internet with our Wi-Fi connection. RESOURCES – There are OS 1:25,000 (2½”) Explorer maps covering the island and walking guides, together with books, games and toys.
