Please contact me directly to discuss rates as although I have shown the nightly seasonal rates this is based on a 7 night stay and I can be flexible and am open to discuss offers for longer stays or for mid week bookings from Monday to Friday. This site doesn't allow me to explain my additional £45 charge for the use of the single futon in the property, which allows for a 5th person to stay. This is a one off fee and not per night. I also have a travel cot for £25 which again is a one off fee for the whole booking.
